BUT DIDNT "THEY" JUST GET BILLIONS IN "BAILOUT" MONEY ?????? THE NEWS REPORTS THAT B OF A REPORTS TO ITZ SHARE HOLDERS TO "EXPECT" LOSSES AS YEAR PROGRESSES AND THAT THIS QUARTERS 2.6 BILLION LOSS IS ????????????? "WHAT" DUE TO THE "GOLDEN PARACHUTES" TO THE C.E.O. OF THE COMPANY THAT B OF A JUST "BOUGHT OUT" ???????? SINCE WHEN SHOULD THOSE C.E.O.'S BE GIVEN ANYTHING. WAS THIER A CLAUSE IN THIER CONTRACT THAT "EXCLUDED" THE GOOD FAITH OF THE COMPANY FOR WHICH THEY WERE HIRED ???? GOOD FAITH ....THE "EXPECTATION" FOR A "NEW HIRE" TO ACHIEVE COMPANY "GOALS" !!!!!!!!! I AM GOING TO APPROACH B OF A AND ASK FOR A LOAN !!!!!!!! AND SEE WHAT THEY SAY WHEN I TELL THEM "I AM A VEGETABLE FARMER AND NEED "HOME IMPROVENT" LOAN !!!!!!!!!! I'M SERIOUS ........I'LL FILL "YOU" N LATER AND SAY HOW IT GOES !!!!!!!!

  8. Blow em off Aza. There ARE banks lending money. You just have to find them. When you find the right bank, they are very happy to lend at very good terms.

  11. I feel for you Aza ! I was once told by my Chase banker some 32 years ago that if I had 500. dolars in my account then they would be Glad to loan Me My own Money ! They Suck Badly Indeed ! Of course the chase Name went by some other Name then ! Texas Commerce or something !

  14. I just got my "DENIAL" LETTER FROM CHASE !!! EVEN WITH A 770 CREDIT SCORE (850 BEING PERFECT) "THEY" CITE MY CRED CARD BEING 2/3RDS "MAXED" AS REASON FOR "DENIAL" !!!!!! AND USING MY "PAID OFF" HOME AS COLATERAL THEY STILL SAID "NO" !!!!!!!!!! THESE BANKS SUC BIG !!!!!! "MODERN" DAY CROOKS !!!!!!!!!! ONLY THING "DIFFERENT" ..."THEY" DONT USE A "GUN" .....
