I'M entered in the "ATLANTA" CHILLI "COOK OFF" THIS SATURDAY AND I'VE COME TO WIN !!!!! "ALL" MY FAVORITE PEPPERS AND CHILLIES AND ONOINS "ALL" HOME GROWN (OF COURSE) FROM MY OWN "FARM RAISED" COLLECTION !!!!!! I've brought along "EVERYTHING" I need to create both "ASSHOLE BURNING" and "MIND ALTERING" FORMULAS AND INGREDIENTS !!!!!! I AM NOW CAMPED OUT IN THE "EASTERN TIME ZONE" in final "PREP" MODE getting ready to "MAKE MY MOVE" into "ENEMY TERRITORY" !!!!!! "OP-SEC" IS IMPORTANT SO I WONT SAY ANY MORE UNTILL ITZ "OVER" !!!!! LET U "KNO" WHAT HAPPENS THEN !!!!!!! "AZA" .....

Never been good at the "competition" style of chili....I have the way I like it pretty much down to an art so to speak, and unfortunately for the chili purist, its considered "impure", because I put beans in mine....so I never get in to the competitions....goood luck there Aza....I can give ya a tip for a later usage to try at home and play with...though.....add a little mashed potatoes to the mix, after its done with most of the cooking and seasoning.....not a lot , but just enough to add a bit of the starch component to the mix, you would be amazed at how it brings out the flavor of the other ingredients.....but I think judges would classify it as a "filler", and disqualify ya...so don't do it at competition.....best of luck....riff
