Have you seen what Foreclosures

are doing to home "APPRAISALS" in you local neighborhoods ?????? An example ... a home "VALUED" at 268 thousand dollars has dropped to 168 thousand dollars ... a 100 thousand dollar difference !!!! What does this mean to your local "CITY" budget ???? a huge sudden loss of dollars results in the "LACK" of services such as "POLICE" on duty and patrols... Less "FIREMAN" to be on duty ! "LESS AND LESS" services provided by the "CITY" .... WHY ???? Because a city used to "GETTING BY" with as much as they can collect in real dollars will be force to deal with a real cutback !!!!! These "CUTBACKS" will come back to bite you in ur ass !!! later ...No Doubt ...

  1. I worked as a carpenter's helper for a summer framing when i was a teen. I wouldn't even know where to start on a house. Oh, yeah. Hire a builder.
