  10. In south Texas they grow peaches or pecans. I know of some who started while they were working "JOBS" and now have mature trees that produceso much that it is a great supliment to thier retirement income....Because we all know social security doesnt pay enough to live on !!!!!!! Plan now and laugh later.....

  11. the tanks?....not even an acre, maybe 1-2 combined.....I have 6acres total land, but its got a "valley" right down the middle , so its not a very good homestead site, due to its flooding down the middle....but you get whats inherited...lol...riff

  12. Hummmmmm ... I got a spot like that in mind ...myself ...I am thinking about placing some downed tree material and 'CRAP" into a spot to crete that very same thing in a special way with a pond ... my bird dog is often in need of a water hole during bird hunting season.
