My answer ??????  Hey STUPID...IF THEY WANTED TO GO TO COLLEGE THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE REGISTRA'S OFFICE INSTEAD !!!!!!!!! hahahaaaaaaaa this dumbass' answer to the problem is probably throw more money at them poor black man ....WAIT...THATS CALLED BRIBERY....hahahaaaaaaaa
