A Minuteman Fence is Still a Necessity for National Security!
Camera’s and Border Patrol Keep Illegal Commerce Growing
Remember this in the news? In an interview with Fox News the Mayor of El Paso and several other Texas Border Mayor’s do not want a border fence to be built and instead want the funds to be used to install camera’s and hire additional Border Patrol Agents.
Fences keep illegal aliens from crossing the border!
When asked why he did not want a fence the Mayor said he was worried that a fence would hurt business and reduce commerce in border towns. Fences do work!
The Mayor of El Paso seems to agree with the Minutemen, fences work!
Minuteman Border Fences have already reduced illegal crossings by 60%, and stopped all occurrences of high speed drug running along the heavily violated section of the border near Palominas, AZ.
Now that the MCDC has seen a legal challenge to its fence construction in the matter of Campbell v. Minuteman Civil Defense Corps fully resolved in the organization’s favor, and because we continue to garner strong support for the fence project from individual citizens nationally, the Minutemen will continue private construction of demonstration fence models in key-trafficked areas and their October border watch operation. In addition, MCDC will continue to keep a strong watch over the border, and over the actual impact of what little federal government fence construction has occurred since the President signed the 2006 Secure Fence Act.
Chris Simcox, MCDC Founder and President noted, “With the lawsuit behind us, MCDC can continue to support demonstration fence spans, while pressuring Washington into building a full border fence as they are sworn to do.”
Finish the Minuteman Border Fence Now!
There is hope on the horizon, but it will take the same stalwart dedication you have already shown. With your support we will be able to construct an impenetrable wall that will thwart the attempts of illegal aliens invading this country.
It will cost us about $400,000 to finish the next mile and put a full security fence in the ground at $250 per foot of fence.
I know it’s a lot of money. But we cannot secure America on the cheap.
Say “YES” to BUILD THE FENCE!” THE CHOICE IS UP TO YOU.
We are asking everyone who has already generously sacrificed to immediately send a $50 Donation Today. Doing so will complete our current project in Bisbee, AZ.

While Washington saves Lizards, a Citizen Border Fence is the only Viable and Immediate Solution for Secruing Our Borders from the Illegal Alien Invasion.
The Minuteman Civil Defense Corps (MCDC) will continue building sections of their Israeli-style fence model to protect Americans, while members of the U.S. government battle over how to best protect lizards. MCDC’s citizen activism is essential, because meeting their constitutional obligations to protect and defend the sovereignty and security of the citizens of the United States remains far from the priority for far too many of our government officials.
In responding to a challenge last week to the federal government’s border fence construction along the Arizona-Mexico border, attorneys for the government failed to convince U.S. District Judge Ellen Segal Huvelle of the immediate national security threat presented by unchecked illegal border incursions. The illegal alien invasion as sufficient grounds for expediting the construction of a security fence on our southern border was rejected by the judge, who instead ruled for additional time and taxpayer funding “to study the environmental impact” of such a barrier.
Carmen Mercer, MCDC Vice President and Director of the Minuteman Border Fence Project states: “Stalling by lawsuits, propagandizing bleeding-heart rhetoric over lizards, or otherwise putting reptiles and creatures crawling through the desert ahead of the welfare of human beings is unacceptable. Fussing about ‘endangered lizard habitat’ does not in fact trump the fed’s obligation to address the dire human cost to American men, women and children of our broken borders. Nor does it save one single truly endangered alien woman, girl or boy being illegally trafficked by the death-dealing cartels for sex, pornography or sweatshop servitude. We must continue to demand that our government immediately allocate and use funds to build the double-layered, doable, physical Israeli fence we have modeled on our porous border—and until they do, Minutemen will continue building it ourselves.”
Chris Simcox states that “President Bush and Congress are doing a terrible job establishing any credibility on the issue of border security, and this latest court failure is just more of the same lame performance. Their constitutional oaths are not to serve lizards or environmental lobbies, they are to serve the American people—and that is only going to happen when the 2006 Secure Fencing Act is implemented without any more slimy or scaly excuses.”

Decades ago, President Ronald Reagan said, “This country has lost control of its borders. And no country can sustain that kind of position.”
This warning addresses a far greater border crisis today than when our President in good faith with the Congress attempted an amnesty in the 1980s, in hopes it would stem the tide of alien invasion. The results of federal legislation passed in 1986, and subsequent border and immigration policies, are a national security and public safety disaster. Send your support now to build the Minuteman Border Fence and show our government what it means to TRULY secure the border against events such as Pearl Harbor and 9/11. Join your fellow American citizens who say “Never Again!” We the people must be vigilant and prepared, and our national territory must be defended!
Your country needs you now! We Minutemen and women need you now! If you are one of the thousands who have already contributed to building the Minuteman Fence, we thank you for your sacrifice—but we need you if possible to redouble your efforts and donate again. If you have never donated we ask you to join us by making a generous financial contribution AND by becoming a Minuteman Volunteer.

And I think it's funny as hell that La Raza canceled their annual weenie whack at some town because a member of the town's parks board, or such, was also member of one of the Minutemen groups. tee-hee.
